Portland Couples and Family Portrait Photographer

This is my couples and family portrait section. I specialize in modern and low light portraits in the Portland and surrounding areas.

I like to challenge myself to stay away from traditional poses to make the pictures more interesting. Couples portraits and especially family portraits can be tricky depending on the time of day and shadows that the sun is giving. I like to take portraits in the evening right about the time that the sun goes down. This always gives the effect of having a vivid blue sky, while the picture still seems light outside.
